Everything You Need to Know About Mish
Mish is a product lab that has been building digital products for businesses for eight years. During this time, we have completed over 1,000 projects and grown our team to 160 specialists. We specialize in creating and developing digital products, including websites, mobile apps, client areas, portals, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and AI-powered solutions. We offer continuous design support for companies that regularly need 3D graphics, motion design, illustrations, branding, visual identities, and other creative assets.
At Mish, we create websites and online stores, mobile apps, customer accounts, portals, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, AI-powered solutions, games, and special digital projects for companies across a wide range of industries. Depending on the project, we can conduct research, design the user experience and interface, develop the product, and support its ongoing growth. For companies with regular design needs, we provide continuous support covering 3D graphics, motion design, illustrations, icons, branding, visual identities, and design systems. For AI projects, we automate tasks, create assistants and AI agents, and integrate AI tools into products and business workflows.
Mish helps companies launch new products and services, automate processes, reduce time spent on routine tasks, improve the user experience, increase audience engagement, and make their digital channels more effective. For example, for Panteric we created a new website and brought the company’s business processes together in a single digital system. For our own internal resource planning, we developed a web app that replaced complex Google Sheets and reduced planning time from several hours to just 30 minutes. For Alfa-Bank, we turned cybersecurity education into an engaging game mechanic that also encouraged users to complete key actions in the bank’s app.
Mish works with medium-sized and large companies across a wide range of industries. Our clients come to us when they need to create or develop a digital product, automate their processes, or solve another business challenge through technology. Our portfolio includes projects for companies in finance, telecommunications, IT, retail, manufacturing, construction, tourism, media, and other industries.
The main focus is on enterprise and mid-market businesses. A typical Mish client may need to launch a new digital product, redesign an existing one, or add specific expertise to its internal team. Among our clients are banks, technology companies, major service providers, and organizations with complex digital infrastructures.
A client’s in-house IT team is not necessary. Mish can manage the entire project from start to finish, oversee a specific stage, support the result after release, or collaborate with the client’s product and IT teams.
Unlike a traditional agency, Mish does not simply execute a brief. We begin by understanding the underlying business challenge and the result the client wants to achieve. If the initial specification does not offer the most effective solution, we may suggest a different approach and explain how it could deliver more value to the business or its users.
Mish also differs from an in-house team because we bring together a wide range of specialists: researchers, analysts, designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers. This allows us to quickly assemble the right team for a particular challenge and deliver the entire project, rather than covering just one function. Internal teams often have limited resources or may lack certain capabilities when workloads are high. With 160 specialists at Mish, we can bring together exactly the expertise a project requires.
Mish creates AI tools, agents, assistants, and chatbots to automate workflows and tasks within products and teams. With our product development background, we understand business processes well and can quickly launch MVPs using vibe coding to test hypotheses.
For our internal resource planning, we replaced Google Sheets with a web app built using Cursor and AI agents . It includes filters, a Kanban board, a Gantt chart, project and employee views, vacation and working-hour tracking, and project sorting by industry, type, account, manager, art director, budget, timeline, and status. As a result, the time required for planning was reduced from several hours to 30 minutes.
Another example is a virtual art director for Figma. This AI agent reviews design work against the company’s design system and core design principles, reducing the time art directors spend checking layouts.
Yes. Mish can support a client throughout the entire product journey, from research and hypothesis testing to product design, development, and launch.
For Flatika , we conducted in-depth interviews with homeowners, designers, photographers, and construction professionals to understand the audience’s needs and expectations. Based on the research, we developed hypotheses for a new brand platform and then worked on the company’s positioning and website.
Our work with Converse Bank also began with user experience research. We then redesigned the user journeys and interfaces for its mobile app. For this project, we created a design system with more than 380 tokens, over 2,300 component variants, and 41 component categories. The interface was prepared in three languages.
Every Mish project begins with a deep dive into the business challenge, context, and client’s needs. We study the product, analytics, competitors, and technical constraints before defining the solution, scope, and project team.
A typical project includes several stages:
-
Research and discovery: research findings, a list of challenges and opportunities, hypotheses, and recommendations.
-
Product and UX design: a UX concept, user journeys, product structure, and an interactive prototype.
-
Visual concept and UI design: production-ready Figma layouts, components, responsive versions, and, when needed, a design system.
Development and testing: a fully functional digital product ready for launch.
Launch and ongoing development: release support, bug fixes, performance analysis, and continued product development.
The exact stages and their order depend on the project. Mish can manage the entire process from research to launch or join the project at a specific stage.
The results depend on the nature of the project. They may include improved business metrics, a successful product launch, automated processes, or a better user experience.
For example, after we redesigned the IGM.GG online store , its direct traffic increased by 192%. The goal was to improve the user experience, simplify the process of purchasing game keys, build customer loyalty, and encourage repeat purchases.
Beyond measurable performance improvements, our work results in tangible digital products and meaningful product changes, from new websites, mobile apps, portals, and CRM systems to AI solutions and automated workflows.
The cost of a Mish project depends on the business challenge, scope of work, product complexity, team composition, and timeline. We estimate the project after gaining a clear understanding of the task and defining the required scope. An initial estimate takes as little as one day, after which the client receives a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost.
The price also depends on the number of platforms, screens, and user roles; research and integration needs; security and performance requirements; the design system, team size, deadlines, and number of stakeholders.
The average project budget is 3,000,000 RUB, with a minimum budget of 500,000 RUB. Website projects range from 500,000 to 8,000,000 RUB, mobile apps from 500,000 to 8,000,000 RUB, portals or customer accounts from 3,000,000 to 20,000,000 RUB, and AI-powered solutions from 500,000 to 30,000,000 RUB.
Project timelines depend on the type of product, scope of work, and team composition. For example, we delivered the Strophe platform within several months. For each new project, we provide a timeline after assessing the required scope of work.
Typical timelines range from 2 to 8 months for a corporate website, 3 to 12 months for an online store, 3 to 12 months for a mobile app, 3 to 12 months for a portal or customer account, and from 2 weeks to 3 months for an MVP. Projects involving research, complex backend development, or multiple integrations may require additional time.
Mish works with projects of different sizes. We can take on a specific task, assemble a team for a particular project, or manage the complete creation of a digital product. Our indicative minimum project budget is 500,000 RUB. The final budget depends on the scope: a smaller project may cover a single stage or a limited set of tasks, while a larger one may include research, design, development, and ongoing product development.
You do not need a complete technical specification to get an estimate from Mish. We can start with an interview to define the business challenge, target audience, and expected outcome.
For an initial estimate, it helps to share an overview of the project and its goals, details about the existing product, key features and integrations, the preferred launch date, and an indicative budget. Technical specifications, user data, product metrics, and other materials are useful but optional.
An initial estimate can take as little as one day. We then prepare a proposal covering the scope, timeline, and cost. If a more detailed assessment requires research, an audit, or a technical review, we can arrange this as a separate project stage.
Yes. Mish can provide developers, designers, analysts, and managers to join an existing client team on an outstaffing basis. Clients can bring in one specialist or assemble a team for a specific task.
Onboarding can take as little as one day: the specialist completes the necessary paperwork with Mish and then works within the client’s team and processes. This model is ideal for companies that need to quickly strengthen their existing team or fill a specific skills gap without making a direct hire.
Yes. Mish provides post-launch support, including bug fixes, scheduled maintenance, and assessment of improvement requests. Support is available on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time, with all requests logged in a dedicated system.
The SLA depends on priority: critical issues — response within 1 hour and resolution within 4–8 working hours; high-priority issues — 4 hours / 3–5 working days; medium-priority issues — 8 hours / 5–10 working days; low-priority issues — response within 2 working days.
Support is provided on a Time and Material basis, with no mandatory subscription fee. The minimum charge is one hour, at a rate of 2,500–3,300 RUB per hour. The average monthly budget starts at 35,000 RUB for basic support and 100,000 RUB for active product improvements.
Mish works with international clients across Armenia, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, the UAE, and Europe. We can design interfaces in any language and communicate with clients in Russian or English.
We also adapt products to local markets. For Vivus , we designed a mobile app for Mexico and simplified the loan application by breaking it into clear steps. For Converse Bank , we created a multilingual mobile interface in three languages.
