User Consent for the Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006, I, the personal data subject, hereinafter referred to as the “User” , while using the website https://mish.design/ (hereinafter the “Website”), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby give full, unconditional, and explicit consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter “Consent”) under the following conditions:
1. Consent is granted to Limited Liability Company “MISH DESIGN”
Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 5262338036, Primary State Registration Number (OGRN): 1165275018061, located at: 603022, Nizhny Novgorod, 3 Kulibina St., unit 9/1, office 404 (hereinafter the “Operator”).
2. Consent is granted for the processing of the following categories of personal data:
- Data specified in the special forms located on the Website by filling in the corresponding text fields and/or attaching files to the forms, namely: last name, first name, email address, phone number, other similar information on the basis of which the personal data subject can be identified.
- Data automatically transmitted in the course of browsing and visiting the Website pages (cookie files), namely:
- Electronic data: IP address, cookie files, HTTP headers, browser identifier, information about hardware and software;
- User activity data: search history, visited pages, time on the Website, data on interaction with users, likes and preferences, information about clicks and mouse movements;
- Information about location (geolocation);
- Date and time of accessing the Website;
- Traffic source (referrer).
3. Consent is granted for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:
- providing access to the Website, its content, and the functionality of the service, as well as administering the Website;
- identification when using the Website

- verifying the completeness of the personal data provided;

4. Methods of data processing
Consent is granted for the mixed (automated and non-automated) processing of personal data with measures ensuring their protection against unauthorized access.
During the processing of personal data, the Operator is entitled to perform: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of the User’s personal data.

5.5. They are informed that the intended users of the personal data are the employees of the Operator.
5.6. They agree to the transfer of their personal data to Limited Liability Company “YANDEX” (OOO “YANDEX”), registered at: 119021, Moscow, 16 Lev Tolstoy St., for the purpose of collecting statistical information, specifically: cookie files and statistical data.
5.7. They agree to the transfer of their personal data to Joint-stock company “SELECTEL” (АО “SELECTEL”) (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN): 1247800067790; address: 196006, St. Petersburg, 21 Tsvetochnaya St., building A), which provides server infrastructure support for the Operator, for the purpose of storing personal data without dissemination.
6. Term of validity of the Consent
This Consent remains valid until the Operator achieves the purposes of personal data processing and may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a request to the Operator in accordance with clause 5.4 of this Consent.
7. Date and time of providing Consent
The date and time of forming, confirming, and providing the Consent shall be considered the moment the corresponding field is marked and the “I agree” button is clicked in the Personal Data Processing and Cookie Collection Consent Form on any page of the Website.
