Brief: a Tech-Savvy Design for an Astro App
NeuroAstro came to us with a request — to design an app encompassing all popular esoteric practices, enhanced with an AI assistant. We decided to start with an MVP — a dream dictionary featuring neuro-interpretations. The client already had a proprietary neural network-based algorithm that comprehensively analyzed information to generate the most accurate and personalized forecasts. Users simply described their dreams in a chat, and the AI analyzed and interpreted them.
Conveying the Brand’s DNA Through Design
It was essential for us to show that users are holding not just an astrological tool, but first and foremost a technological product, setting the tone for the entire brand image. Visually, we wanted to move away entirely from the usual magical patterns: no candles, wands, or robes. At the same time, we preserved a style and concept that aligns well with neural network models.
Moving Toward the Full Version of the App
After launching the dream dictionary, we continued developing the full version of the app, which will feature all popular esoteric practices: Tarot, natal charts, horoscopes, a personal calendar of favorable and unfavorable days, and consultations with astrologers and Tarot readers. To combine all these tools in a single service and make them easily accessible, we developed the entire app logic and navigation.
The Main Goal — User Convenience
We designed the app so that right from the home screen, users can customize it according to their needs. To start: they can state their main request — or if it’s not yet clear, go through a short neural network-led interview. The home screen visuals then dynamically adapt to the user’s primary themes. We created a responsive and dynamic animation that adapts to the user’s requests. This way, users don’t have to scroll through endless menus — the tools needed to solve their issues are brought straight to the home screen.
How Does Customization Work?
Based on the user’s answers, the app suggests solutions from different services. Users can choose which practice to turn to: natal chart, Tarot cards, horoscope—or request a consultation with a human astrologer via a separate chat.
The Result
We successfully created a modern solution that combines traditional astrological practices with digital technology, establishing a distinctive brand image.
